Shipping

Although we keep some of our more popular prints in stock, most have to be printed after the order comes in. In-stock photos are generally shipped by the next business day. Photographs that are printed on demand are generally shipped the next day if we are in town. Otherwise, they will have to wait until we return. Any anticipated delays, will be noted on the information/ordering pages for the photographs. Special or unusual orders (e.g. prints larger than 16 x 96") may have to be handled out of house and therefore may take a bit longer. If you pay by check, we will hold shipment until your check clears (about 14 days). If there is any reason we are unable to ship in a timely fashion, you will be notified promptly and will have the opportunity to withdraw your order, if that is your desire. Please feel free to contact us before placing your order if you want to verify the estimated shipping date.

Do you need your order faster? If so, please contact us, and we will try to accomodate you. However, please understand that our business is small, and our time is important to us, so we will charge accordingly.

Routine shipping is free to all locations throughout the continental US. We will probably ship via UPS ground, uninsured, depending on the item. If your shipment is damaged in transit, don't fret. You're covered by our Safe Shipping Guarantee.

Yes, we also ship worldwide for an additional charge. Please contact us for shipping rates.

Provided we have your email address (e.g. through a PayPal order), we will send you confirmation of shipment, which will include a tracking number.
